the hotel rooms were a good size and very smart. the food available in the restaurants was of high quality. the outside area near the mangroves and pool was nicely done.
the bartender mixed up my order at mekong , the service seemed unprofessional.

sea breeze provided very nice breakfast options. scott was attentive and kind during breakfast service. the selection of food at the buffet dinner was excellent.. i found the pistachio cake lovely. dining at mekong restaurant offered a great ambiance and very nice food.
i noticed the beach had some plastic bottles and garbage the morning after my stay.

The staff were amazingly attentive and cheerful. Every little detail was taken care of! I had a relaxing stay. The hotel hotel was expansive and pretty with plenty of buggies to ferry you around.
The swimming pool was only for kids. It was very shallow. It barely came to my waist.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! They readily assisted with any requests. I noticed team members Mary, Atif, and Hasib were especially willing to assist and teach my young son.

Breakfast was lovely, with a great variety of options. I found the food at Mekong AMAZING!!! We also enjoyed the dinner by the beach, I thought it was amazing too!

Excellent Stay with Great Staff
friendly staffgreat food
Ramy helped me during check-in and assisted until I reached my room. The food tasted great and the facilities were well kept. I had an amazing stay because of that friendly staff and great food.
There wasn't shampoo available in the shower as bottles were empty. It was the worst five-star service I have ever experienced. I wouldn't recommend the stay and won't return.
